This is NOT an official 3M product.  This is one of several unique designs by third parties that are each their own shape and style, usually around the size of the 3M 6200 Medium mask.  These third party products use the same bayonet style adapter as 3M products.  This mask is likely NOT NIOSH approved. 

This Half face respirator is made by AYYBF and is a size Medium. Its model is the M601 it costs about USD16. It has a Med/High nose bridge height, and its facepiece is made of "silicone mixture" [unknown]. The width min and max distances, in inches, curving from mid cheek to mid cheek are 2.75 and 4.75 respectively. The distance in inches, straight up and down in the middle along the nose line is a minimum of 3.25 and a maximum of 5. The average depth of the mask is 1.625 inches.
